I have lived at my current address for the past four years although the electoral register only has me listed as being here for one year. Is there any way I can update this information to reflect how long I have lived at my address?

You need to contact your local council. If they agree that you should be shown as on the electoral roll for longer than a year, send us a letter from them confirming when you should first be registered from and we will update your credit report for you. If it can't be updated, you could add a note to your credit report so that future lenders are aware of how long you have been at the address. You can do this using this site. Our 'Questions' tab has information about Notices of Corrections (NOCs) that explains how to do this.
